September '11 meeting — Astonishment Architecture™ workshop in Las Vegas, NV. For the last 2 years or so I've been working on something I call "Astonishment Architecture". It's the thinking behind creating exceptional customer experiences before, during & after each customer touch point. I believe it's one of the few competitive advantages left for creating raving fans and spreading word-of-mouth instead of trying to compete in noisy, crowded marketplaces. See this recent blog post.

Now I've been contemplating having a workshop on this subject and by letting 2011/12 MasterMind in there — it'd force me to create this hands-on event. What better place to discuss & implement astonishment than Las Vegas? Part of the event could be a private field trip to of $1Billion eTailer Zappos HQ through my personal contacts with the CEO Tony Hsieh. Or it might be hearing from the MGM 5-star Skyloft's team about how they astonish their most discerning guests and more! (Note: This will probably be a 2-day workshop.)

January '12 meeting — Joint group product creation. During the September meeting MasterMind members will be able to optionally get together to create a shared 'knowledge' product on a topic agreed upon by group (most likely something to do with entrepreneurship or success). Everybody who participates will have complete rights to the product to either sell, give away or bonus. Plus, I'll be writing the sales copy for this product.

How Your Big Breakthroughs Occur...

At the meeting everyone comes ready to share and present their successful promotions, concepts and strategies so others can "copy" them for their own non-competing business. Each meeting you will have to bring some new development, breakthrough, strategy, secrets, etc that you will present to the group.

Then in the true spirit of masterminding you will present your biggest obstacles, problems and opportunities to the group. Together (and I do mean all of us) will brainstorm and come up with the best ideas for you.

Not only do you get advice from all the members -- but I'm there each meeting providing additional feedback and advice. Fact is, I see a whole lot that goes on that most people do not get a chance...from my friends (all top Internet experts)...Maverick1000 members in 89+ different industries…to consulting clients....students, etc...and it gets brought back to the group.
